Work Experience Education can be substituted for experience.
Required: 8 years Progressive experience in IT, IT Business Partnership, Business Relationship Management, or a related field. Progressive experience in leadership or management roles, leading five or more employees.
Preferred: 3 year's experience in a large, complex healthcare organization. Prefer experience in organizational change management (OCM). Prefer experience managing demand intake and business case development processes

Preferred: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management (OCM), or related disciplines
