This includes establishing and executing streamlined methodologies for service/product selection, utilization, and costs; providing expertise to facilitate supply expense management; actively working with clinical areas to mediate issues with manufacturers and resolve product quality concerns; and continuous monitoring of outcomes to ensure they achieve desired results.<br><br>MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS<br><br>Education:<br><ul><li>Must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor's degree in related field.</li></ul><br>Experience:<br><ul><li>Must have nine years process/quality improvement, value analysis, or related experience in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Prefer experience in multiple healthcare functional environments.</li></ul><br>Certification/Registration/Licensure:<br><ul><li>Must have current, valid RN license or temporary RN license from the Texas Board of Nursing, or valid Compact RN license.</li><li>Must have current healthcare provider BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from one of the following:<ul><li>American Heart Association</li><li>American Red Cross</li><li>Military Training Network</li></ul></li></ul><br>Skills or Special Abilities:<br><ul><li>Maintains standards of professional conduct and performs all assigned and unassigned duties in accordance with the current State of Texas Nursing Practice Act.</li><li>Must have proven written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership ability.</li><li>Must have effective organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to drive consensus.</li><li>Must have extensive knowledge of products and services related to the healthcare market.</li><li>Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with a personal computer regarding applications of spreadsheets, word processing, desktop publishing and database management.</li></ul><br><br><b>Requisition ID:</b> 989992","department":"Quality & Process Improvement","departmentId":"69719c73d5e3bc03ae402a11","employmentType":[{"value":"Full Time"}],"datePosted":"2026-09-09T00:00:00.000Z","applyUrl":"https://wd12.myworkdaysite.com/recruiting/parklandhospital/Parkland_Careers/job/8435-Stemmons-Bldg/Director-Value-Analysis_989992/apply/autofillWithResume","attributes":[""],"recruiterAssigned":null,"address":[{"city":"Dallas","state":"TX","country":"USA","zipCode":75235,"address1":"","location":{"type":"Point","coordinates":["",""]}}],"city":"Dallas","state":"TX","zipCode":"75235","country":"USA","salaryMin":null,"salaryMax":null,"salRateType":null,"brandId":1037707,"createdAt":"2026-09-09T00:00:00.000Z","updatedAt":"2026-09-09T14:07:18.599Z"},"summary":"Job details for Director Value Analysis"}
