The role aims to safeguard sensitive patient information, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline access processes, thereby supporting optimal operational efficiency and data security across the healthcare system.<br><br>Minimum Specifications<br><br>Education<br>- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or other related fields.<br><br>Experience<br>- Must have six years of experience in an information systems security domain, with focus on Implementing Sailpoint Identity Now.<br>- Experience with Active Directory integration and administration.<br>- Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.<br>- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements.<br><br>Equivalent Education and/or Experience<br>- May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.<br><br>Certification/Registration/Licensure<br>- Must have SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (May obtain within 6 months of hire)<br>- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (desired)<br><br>Required Tests for Placement<br><br>Skills or Special Abilities<br>- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow, within the healthcare sector.<br>- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements.<br>- Experience with Active Directory integration and administration in healthcare settings.<br>- Knowledge of MFA solutions and their implementation in healthcare environments.<br>- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools in a healthcare context.<br>- Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.<br>- Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices, including HIPAA.<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across healthcare and IT teams.<br><br>Responsibilities<br>SailPoint Implementation and Configuration:<br>Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SailPoint IdentityNow tailored to the unique needs of a healthcare environment.<br>Customize and optimize SailPoint workflows, connectors, and policies to align with healthcare industry regulations.<br>Identity Lifecycle Management:<br>Oversee the entire identity lifecycle in the healthcare setting, including onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes.<br>Develop and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows with a focus on patient data security.<br>Access Governance:<br>Implement and manage access governance strategies specific to healthcare compliance requirements.<br>Conduct regular access reviews and certifications, addressing any issues related to patient information access.<br>Integration and Connector Development:<br>Collaborate with healthcare IT teams to integrate SailPoint with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other healthcare applications.<br>Develop custom connectors and integration solutions to enhance interoperability within the healthcare ecosystem.<br>Security and Compliance in Healthcare:<br>Enforce security best practices and industry standards, including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.<br>Stay informed about emerging security threats in the healthcare sector and ensure IAM systems are updated to address potential vulnerabilities.<br>Active Directory Integration:<br>Integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with Active Directory, ensuring seamless user provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization in a healthcare context.<br>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Healthcare:<br>Implement and manage MFA solutions tailored to the healthcare environment to enhance user authentication and data protection.<br>Privileged Access Management (PAM) for
