Sr Process Impr\Train Analyst PFS Accounts Receivable

Dallas, TX

Facilitates productivity processes through problem identification and development of applicable measures within assigned area of responsibility.

Education:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, finance, accounting, management or a related field.
- Prefer a Master's Degree in related field.

Experience:
- Must have six years of process improvement experience.
- Prefer healthcare experience.

Equivalent Experience:
- May substitute an equivalent combination of education and/or experience for above stated education and/or experience.

Certification/Registration/Licensure:
- None

Skills or Special Abilities:
- Must demonstrate superior analytical skills with an emphasis on project management concepts including relevant technologies, methods, and tools.
- Must be organized and creative with complex projects and able to effectively deliver presentations.
- Must possess superior communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to communicate with all levels of Parkland staff.
- Must demonstrate a superior knowledge of PC's to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
